I teach a therapeutic and alchemical blend of yin and yang aimed to work the edges of both strength and flexibility while facilitating clarity of mind. Private or semi-private sessions are customized to meet the needs of each client(s) and may include asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation, philosophy, hands-on assists, mantra and chanting, emotional release work, guided relaxation, subtle body anatomy, and/or intuitive energy healing.
